Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Pradhyay, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Our Delivery and Shipping Policy is designed to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

We currently ship our products to addresses within India. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Upon placing your order, please allow 1 (one) business day for order processing and verification. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders up to an invoice value of Rs. 5000, a partial advance payment of Rs. 250 is required while placing the order.

This Rs. 250 is a non-refundable advance charged towards shipping and order processing, and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

In case the order is refused, cancelled at delivery, or not accepted by the customer, the advance amount will not be refunded, as it covers the shipping and handling costs incurred for the order.

COD is not available for orders above Rs. 5000.

If a COD order is cancelled before it is shipped, the Rs. 250 advance will be refunded.
However, once the order has been shipped, the advance amount becomes non-refundable, as it covers the shipping and handling costs incurred for the order.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Our shipping policy outlines an estimated delivery timeframe of 8-9 days for most regions. 

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

To keep you informed, we provide order tracking information once your package is shipped. You can easily track the status of your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for details.
