To request an exchange, please initiate the request within 7 days of delivery on our email support@pradhyay.com . The product must be unused, unwashed, with intact tags, and not purchased on sale or altered. If eligible, we will provide free reverse pickup. If our courier partner cannot collect the item, you can ship it back to our warehouse. Upon receipt and passing quality checks, your exchange will be processed.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately on our email support@pradhyay.com. We will assist you with initiating a return or exchange. Ensure the product is unused and meets the return/exchange conditions. If the damage is reported within 7 days, we will process the return or exchange accordingly.
Cancel your order via the order dashboard within 4 hours or before it moves to "Processing." Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the support team will reach out to you for processing refunds.
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders up to an invoice value of Rs. 5000, a partial advance payment of Rs. 250 is required while placing the order.
This Rs. 250 is a non-refundable advance charged towards shipping and order processing, and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
In case the order is refused, cancelled at delivery, or not accepted by the customer, the advance amount will not be refunded, as it covers the shipping and handling costs incurred for the order.
COD is not available for orders above Rs. 5000.
If a COD order is cancelled before it is shipped, the Rs. 250 advance will be refunded.
However, once the order has been shipped, the advance amount becomes non-refundable, as it covers the shipping and handling costs incurred for the order.
